Abstract

Dieser Band enthält die Vorträge des 17. Göttinger Workshops zum Familienrecht, der am 8. November 2019 veranstaltet wurde. Er thematisiert aktuelle Strukturfragen des Betreuungs- und Vormundschaftsrechts, die bei der bevorstehenden Reform des Betreuungs- und Vormundschaftsrechts eine bedeutsame Rolle spielen werden. Die hier publizierten Beiträge beleuchten die Aufgaben und das Verhältnis von Verein, Amt und Gericht im Vormundschaftsrecht und im Betreuungsrecht sowohl aus historischer Perspektive (Andreas Roth) als auch im geltenden Recht aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht (Birgit Hoffmann und Tobias Fröschle) und aus Sicht der Praxis (Eva Eberwein, Annett Hilbert und Horst Hütten). Die künftigen Reformen behandeln aus Sicht des Bundesministeriums der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz Annette Schnellenbach und Thomas Meyer, aus Sicht der Wissenschaft Volker Lipp und Barbara Veit.

This volume contains the lectures of the 17th Göttingen Workshop on Family Law, which was held on 8 November 2019. It deals with current structural issues of care and guardianship law, which will play an important role in the upcoming reform of care and guardianship law. The contributions published here shed light on the tasks and the relationship between association, office and court in guardianship law, both from a historical perspective (Andreas Roth) as well as from a scientific point of view in current law (Birgit Hoffmann and Tobias Fröschle) and from a practical perspective (Eva Eberwein, Annett Hilbert and Horst Hütten). The future reforms are dealt with from the perspective of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection by Annette Schnellenbach and Thomas Meyer, and from the perspective of academia by Volker Lipp and Barbara Veit.
