Abstract
localized or generalized muscle pain is a common symptom associated with a variety of neurological and other diseases. The etiologic differentiation of myolgias is based on history and clinical findings and may include further diagnostic investigations. Here we present current diagnostic possibilities including an algorithm for an efficient approach to the diagnosis of myalgias.
