Open Educational Resources an der Hochschule Hannover

Abstract

Aufgrund der Debatte um § 52a des Urheberrechtsgesetzes wurde ein Studierendenprojekt zum Thema Open Educational Resources an der Hochschule Hannover ins Leben gerufen. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem E-Learning Center der Hochschule sowie der Hochschulbibliothek sollte das Projektteam eine geeignete Plattform für die Veröffentlichung von OER für die Studiengänge „Informationsmanagement“ und „Informationsmanagement berufsbegleitend“ finden und Dokumente zur Verfügung stellen. Aufgrund der kurzen Projektzeit, Schwierigkeiten bei der Auswahl einer geeigneten Plattform und einer problematischen Inhaltsrecherche konnte keine langfristige Lösung zur Bereitstellung von OER gefunden werden. Ergebnis des Studierendenprojekts war ein Konzept für die Bereitstellung von OER (Allgemeine Informationen, rechtliche Aspekte, geeignete Plattformen, Vorschläge und Ideen für das weitere Vorgehen), welches an die Hochschulbibliothek sowie das E-Learning Center übergeben wurde.

Due to the debate about § 52a of the Copyright Act, a student project on the topic of Open Educational Resources was initiated at Hannover University of Applied Sciences. In cooperation with the e-learning centre of the university and the university library, the project team should find a suitable platform for the publication of OER for the Information Management course and make documents available. Due to the short project time, difficulties in selecting a suitable platform and a problematic content research, no long-term solution for the provision of OER could be found. The result of the student project was a concept for the provision of OER (general information, legal aspects, suitable platforms, suggestions and ideas for further action), which was handed over to the university library and the e-learning centre.
