The SQLsnap Supermarket

Abstract

Following the ideas of the “BJC: Beauty and Joy of Computing” within the context of German CScurricula, I show how the use of computer systems in common social situations can be modelled algorithmically using Snap!. The necessary tools — easily derived from an example environment — are described and implemented. The results can be seen as SQLsnap! on http://snapextensions.unigoettingen.de.
