Abstract
The article starts from the assumption that new forms of terrorism that are relevant for criminal law have been emerging worldwide for two decades at least. The way criminal law policy in Germany has reacted to this is then recapitulated in an overview. Subsequently, three current manifestations of criminal law on terrorism will be examined in more detail: the more recent criminalisation of lone perpetrators, the more traditional approach focusing on terrorist organisations and the various forms of supporting a terrorist organisation. In some aspects criminalisation might be cut down without challenging the criminal law on terrorism on the whole. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
