Die Bedeutung der hausärztlichen Verordnung für die stationäre Pharmakotherapie: Eine Befragung von Krankenhausärzten

Abstract

At hospital admission drugs prescribed by the general practitioner (GP) are often changed. This may have a negative impact on the relationship between family and hospital physicians as well as on the family doctor-patient-relationship. The study set out to examine the attitudes of hospital physicians towards GPs' prior ambulatory medication, especially in the case of drugs of unproven efficacy (e.g. certain drug combinations and homeopathic or herbal drugs).

Bei Aufnahme eines Patienten in ein Krankenhaus wird die hausärztliche Medikation oft erheblich verändert, was sich auf die Beziehung zwischen niedergelassenen und Krankenhausärzten wie auch auf die Hausarzt-Patient-Beziehung negativ auswirken kann. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht, wie Krankenhausärzte die hausärztliche Medikation bewerten und wie sie sich bei der Frage der Weiterverordnung sogenannter pharmakologisch umstrittener Medikamente (zum Beispiel bestimmte Kombinationspräparate, Homöopathika und Phytopharmaka) verhalten.
